About Us? Actually, at Sophie Pavey Fitness, it’s all about YOU. You may never have been to a gym before, or perhaps you tried a PT who just didn’t get you.

Meet Sophie

  Sophie worked in a gym while studying psychology, quickly realising she loved helping people improve their health and wellness. People who exercise regularly:


  •  enjoy better moods
  • are kinder to be around 
  • are more productive. 


People appreciated guidance and support in the gym: this improved their training and helped avoid injury too. Thus Sophie made Personal Training her career, and studied for PT qualifications. Sophie’s psychology expertise really helps her clients, too, as it's a huge factor in exercise and nutrition. 


Sophie says: “The gym is my comfort zone, but it can be nerve-racking for many women. I take a welcoming and supportive approach to personal training. I work with busy women who struggle to make time for themselves around a hectic work life. I know it feels that there aren't enough hours in the day, but when I prioritise exercise and nutrition, I’m happier and have more energy. When we're getting strong in the gym, our quality of life improves dramatically. We’re reduce risk of disease and protect ourselves as we age. Life more is enjoyable and we set a good example to our families.”
